Over The Counter Markets Group known as The OTC (previously known as Pink Sheets) is an American stock exchange. The OTC provides a financial market providing price and liquidity information for almost 10,000 securities. OTC-traded securities are organized into three markets to inform investors of opportunities and risks: OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink.

Since the requirements of the OTC Pink, to become a traded company, are lower than the bigger stock exchange, many companies start to be traded on the OTC Pink and then upgrade their status.

A company that desires to raise capital in the US can find the Pink platform very suitable for their needs.

Then Companies choose to qualify for OTCQX or OTCQB markets or are by default traded on Pink. Corporate Service products provide companies with solutions to better engage and inform investors.
